1. Acceptance

By using the Wody bot and/or this dashboard, you agree to these Terms and to Discord’s own Terms of Service (discord.com/terms) and Community Guidelines.

2. Service description

Wody is a Discord bot that provides moderation, welcome, tickets, giveaways, levels, reaction roles and other features. This dashboard lets a server owner configure Wody from a browser. Both are provided “as is”, without warranty of uptime or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by Discord in your country. You must be the owner of the Discord server you configure.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Wody to break Discord ToS, spam, harass, phish, distribute malware, mass-DM, run raids, or engage in any illegal activity. Violation results in immediate revocation of access, blacklisting of the guild, and possible reporting to Discord Trust & Safety.

5. Premium

Wody premium is provided free of charge. It is granted to server owners who actively promote Wody (post about it, refer users, produce content, etc.). Premium may be revoked at any time if the promotion is fake, misleading, or ceases. There is no refund because there is no payment.

6. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee it. Wody may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, Discord outages, or hosting incidents. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You may stop using Wody at any time by kicking the bot from your server or by logging out of the dashboard. We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top always reflects the last change. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the new version.
